Scope and how the plugin works
This policy applies to the skills-only AegisVita - Brand Builder OS plugin when used in ChatGPT or Codex. The plugin provides business, customer-discovery, brand, research, and content-planning instructions. The current package does not include a publisher-operated server, account system, database, analytics, advertising tracker, or external-service integration.
OpenAI operates the host platform and processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. This policy describes the plugin publisher’s practices; it does not replace OpenAI’s policies or describe unrelated use of the AegisVita website.
Information, purposes, and recipients
Information entered while using the plugin
You may choose to include prompts, files, business or brand materials, research notes, customer-interview notes, and draft content. These may contain personal information if you include it. The plugin does not require personal information. Please avoid sharing sensitive, confidential, or identifiable information about yourself or other people unless it is necessary and you have appropriate permission.
The host platform processes the information you submit to generate responses and operate its services. The plugin publisher does not receive or independently collect your prompts, files, generated responses, account details, or plugin-use records through this skills-only package. OpenAI and its service providers may process information as described in OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.
Messages sent to the privacy contact
If you email the privacy contact above, the publisher receives the email address and any information included in your message. That information is used to respond to your question or request. It is not sold or used for advertising. It may be handled by the email-service provider and disclosed when required by law.
Retention
The plugin publisher does not maintain a separate store of plugin prompts, files, responses, or usage records. Privacy or support emails are retained for up to 12 months after the request is resolved, then deleted, unless a longer period is needed to comply with law or handle a legal claim.
OpenAI’s retention of chats and files depends on the host product, your account or workspace, settings, and applicable policies. OpenAI says regular and archived chats remain in an account until deleted or removed by a workspace policy; deleted chats are scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days, subject to stated exceptions. Temporary chats may be kept for up to 30 days for safety purposes. Files saved separately in Library may need to be deleted there separately from the chat. See the current Chat and file retention policy for details.
Your choices and requests
You can limit what you share with the plugin, use the host product’s available privacy and data controls, and delete chats or files through that product. Temporary Chat and data-use controls may vary by account or workspace. The plugin publisher cannot access or delete information from OpenAI systems on your behalf. For publisher-held email correspondence, contact ivann.avalos@aegisvita.net to ask a privacy question or request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and ChatGPT data controls for information about OpenAI’s practices and controls.
Changes
If the plugin adds a publisher-operated server, accounts, analytics, tracking, or an external-service integration, this policy will be updated before that functionality is released. The effective date will change when a revised policy is published.
