Terms of Use — AegisVita - Brand Builder OS

The terms that apply when you use the skills-only AegisVita - Brand Builder OS plugin in ChatGPT or Codex.

Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to the skills-only AegisVita - Brand Builder OS plugin published by Ivann DeMiguel Avalos and used inside ChatGPT or Codex. By installing or using the plugin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin.

OpenAI operates the host platform. Your use of ChatGPT or Codex is also governed by OpenAI’s own terms and policies, which these terms do not replace or modify. These terms do not govern unrelated use of the AegisVita website or any services offered by Aegis Vita Life Solutions.

What the plugin provides

The plugin provides business, customer-discovery, brand, research, and content-planning instructions. It is a set of skills and prompts only. The current package does not include a publisher-operated server, account system, database, analytics, advertising tracker, or external-service integration.

Output is generated by the host platform’s model based on the instructions and the information you provide. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output others receive. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any output.

No professional advice

The plugin and its output are for general informational and planning purposes only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, investment, or other professional advice, and no advisory, fiduciary, agent, or client relationship is created by using the plugin. Nothing in the plugin is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy any insurance or financial product.

Consult a qualified licensed professional before acting on anything you read or generate with the plugin.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the plugin to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• submit sensitive, confidential, or personal information about other people without appropriate permission;
• create content that is deceptive, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful;
• present plugin output as licensed professional advice or as an endorsement by the publisher, Aegis Vita Life Solutions, or any insurance carrier;
• misrepresent the plugin as your own publication, or resell or redistribute the plugin’s instruction set as a standalone product; or
• violate OpenAI’s applicable usage policies.

Intellectual property and your content

The plugin’s instructions, prompts, structure, and related materials are owned by the publisher and are provided to you as a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin inside the host platform for your own business or internal purposes. All other rights are reserved.

You retain your own inputs — your prompts, files, business materials, and notes. The publisher does not claim ownership of them and, through this skills-only package, does not receive or store them. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit what you submit, and for any content you publish based on plugin output.

“Aegis Vita,” “AegisVita,” the AegisVita logo, and related names and marks may not be used without the publisher’s prior written permission.

Availability and changes

The plugin is provided on an as-available basis. The publisher may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the plugin, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. These terms may be revised; the effective date above will change when a revised version is published. Continued use after a revision means you accept the revised terms.

If the plugin later adds a publisher-operated server, accounts, analytics, tracking, or an external-service integration, these terms and the privacy policy will be updated before that functionality is released.

Disclaimer of warranties

The plugin is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. The publisher does not warrant that plugin output will be accurate, current, complete, suitable for your situation, or that it will produce any particular business, marketing, or financial result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or relating to your use of the plugin or its output — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The publisher’s total aggregate liability relating to the plugin will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00) or the amount you paid for the plugin, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the publisher from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising out of your use of the plugin, your content, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.

Privacy

Information handling is described in the plugin Privacy Policy. The host platform’s processing and retention of your chats and files are governed by OpenAI’s policies.

Termination

You may stop using the plugin at any time by removing or disabling it in the host product. The publisher may terminate or suspend your right to use the plugin if you breach these terms. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms or the plugin, and you consent to venue there, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction.
